Would having 100,000 friends on Facebook make sense?

Jonas Klit Nielsen from Mindjumpers.com In an interview with Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, that TechCrunch posted earlier today, two interesting facts came up.

More than 50% of Facebook users use the social network daily,  that’s just about 175 million people, an enormous large number.

From that I can’t help thinking that Zuckerbergs’ original vision for Facebook is going to be the future for Facebook, it’s becoming a platform for its users daily life.

Retweeting and how to do it (part 1 of 2)

You know that Twitter has introduced a retweeting feature a while ago now. When I started this blog, I posted a slideshare presentation by viral marketer Dan Zarrella called ‘Science of ReTweets’. 

Check it out, it has some interesting data. In this post, I take a closer look at Zarrella’s retweeting tips, feal free to share your thoughts and own experiences with retweeting.

Of course I will look at the subject from a marketing viewpoint, not from a personal one. Don’t forget Twitter is that too: a way of just staying in touch with people, meeting new ones, status updates and so much more.
