Normally, I always introduce new contributors when I publish their first posts. But I’m going to change that. From now on, I will be introducing new contributors the proper way.
I’m glad to announce that since this week-end we have a new contributor from the Netherlands and one from the US.
You will discover their posts very soon. And of course you can always connect via mail or Skype if you consider sharing your insights and posts here as well.
The first new contributor is Silvia van Hooft, she lives in Amsterdam and works as a Strategy Planner for agency These Days NL.
She’s a fan of Net-a-Porter, the Sartorialist and NotCot and likes to spend her free time there. Silvia is interested in figuring out what makes people tick and where they do their ticking. She has Facebook, Hyves, Twitter, del.icio.us, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube, Picasa, and Google Mail/Buzz/Wave accounts to do just that. And as she says “sometimes with a glass of fine wine..”.
You can connect with Sylvia via Twitter here, in the Social Marketing Forum and on Facebook.
Our second new contributor is Chris Tompkins. He describes himself as a fundamental supporter of education in the online marketing technology sector (for companies and individuals). He also speaks at national and international conferences. His goal is to help more people understand how they can leverage the power of the social media world to enhance their business. He is always open to help anyone who needs real, honest, direct, no-nonsense advice.
Chris is the CEO of Go! Media International, LLC – an integrated marketing firm specializing in cutting edge social media strategy and online marketing campaigns. His firm helps a diverse international client base get the most out of their online presence through maximizing their online profile.
