Since this blog is about the cross-fertilization of social media and social communication evolutions (in the first place a change in how people and companies behave and communicate), it’s time to bring in another topic I will start blogging about: social CRM.


And since customer engagement and social marketing are clearly top priorities for marketers in 2010, here is already a presentation about social CRM. More posts coming soon.
